The location of this hotel is perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean from the rooms. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with upgraded amenities such as a nice shower. the rooftop bar provides a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the sights. the chef prepares delicious Jamaican breakfasts that should not be missed.
Some amenities, such as the pool and hot tub, were not up to expectations and in need of improvement.

Amazing stay! Had a great time during Easter! the view was breathtaking, the nearby attractions made it the perfect location for a family trip. Being able to enjoy local meals and have easy access to the beach was fantastic! Loved the fact that they offered a driver who was always willing to help with recommendations on where to go next.
The place lacked a bit of maintenance, the room was not as clean as expected and the amenities were outdated. communication was a bit difficult at times as some of the staff had limited English speaking skills.

Lack of advertised amenities such as kitchen, cable TV, and pool. Unclear communication about beach access.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Negril. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the prices for such a great location. The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the music playing in our room added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious and really set us up for the day. Plus, I loved the fact that everything we needed was within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the area.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.
